Build times vary, but up to 100 sq ft sheds typically take a day or less to build in easy to access areas. Upwards of 100 sq ft may take longer but we’ll provide a time estimate when you order. If any site prep is required, for example trimming of trees or bushes, some additional time may be required.
This is dependent on your local planning department, but many municipalities allow sheds up to 10m2 (107.6 sq ft) without a building permit. We recommend checking with your local planning department before placing your order. We do not handle building permit applications but can assist you with any information you might need to include in your application.
Depending on access to your property, yes we do! We use a flat deck trailer to transport completed sheds. In order to place the shed on your property, we need to be able to access your chosen location with our truck and trailer. We also build on-site where properties are hard to access with a truck and trailer. In this case we hand carry all tools and materials from our truck to the build site.
We can paint your shed walls any colour you choose, but all our sheds are constructed using LP Smartside siding panels, LP trim and 30 year architectural shingles with metal available as an optional upgrade.
Not at this time but we plan to add financing options in the future.
Yes! All our sheds come with a 2 year warranty for workmanship and defects. Our warranty does not cover damage from extreme weather conditions, careless use or ‘acts of God’. Our warranty is void if the building is moved or materially altered in any way. Please see our warranty page for more information.
That depends entirely on your chosen location and delivery method. In many cases, we do not require any site preparation. Sending us some photos of the site will help us determine it’s suitability and if any preparation is required.
