Every Select shed includes:
- Wood-frame construction
- 90″ interior wall height
- 16″ on-centre wall framing
- 2×6″ roof framing
- 4″ roof overhangs
- Double top plate
- Gable roof or lean-to roof option
- Soffit and ridge venting
- LP SmartSide panel siding
- Pressure-treated skid foundation
- 2×6″ pressure-treated floor framing (16″ on centre)
- ¾” plywood subfloor
- Single or double door up to 6′ wide
- Shingle roof (metal upgrade available)
- LP Smart trim
This structure allows Select sheds to support insulation and interior finishing if desired.
Available in sizes ranging from 6×8′. No permit requirement in most municipalities for structure under 10 square metres (107 square feet).

Built On Site or Delivered
Select sheds can be built on site where access is limited or delivered fully assembled when space allows.
Because Select sheds are often larger and more finished, delivery logistics may vary by size and site conditions. We’ll walk through those details with you during planning.
